Return Period

All products sold may be returned for a refund within 10 days from the date of delivery. Requests for returns must be made within this 10-day period.

Return Authorizations

To return your online purchase, contact us at info@officialclover.com to obtain an RMA # (Return Merchandise Authorization). Return packages will not be accepted without an RMA number. Please ship your return insured with a tracking number. Once we receive your package, we will promptly process your refund according to our policy.

We will provide you with the return shipping address.

Condition of Returns

  • Brand New: Items must be in original factory packaging with seals intact and all materials included.
  • Unacceptable: Items showing wear, damage, or missing packaging/materials will not be accepted.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for all shipping, handling, and insurance costs for returns. We do not pay for return shipping charges.

Non-Returnable Items

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you regarding approval or rejection. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 3–5 business days. Refunds cover the item price only; shipping costs are not refunded.
